Must be able to commute between Scotia and Fortuna offices.
The Office Assistant position performs routine clerical and administrative support which may include but is not limited to word processing, data entry, preparing and shipping packages, copying, filing, answering phones, and providing information to customers.
- Administrative experience preferred
- Basic understanding and navigation of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
